Rikku needs a few good meals before she starts to look good, she's a friggin'
stick (and has the further downside of being really, really irritating). Yuna
doesn't look bad, but c'mon... she fell for *Tidus*. There just has to be
something massively psychologically wrong with her. O_o Lulu would be cute, if
it weren't for the extremely creepy goth thing...

Now that I think of it, none of the FF girls in recent games have been
anything special. How I long for the pixellated hotness of Celes. ;_;

Square has only been batting .200 with me as far as post-Playstation era main
characters have gone (out of the games I've played, at least). Cloud was blah,
Squall was the single worst main character I have ever come across and he
deserved a thousand agonizing deaths, Zidane was annoying, and Tidus was a
whiny, irritating, dim-witted, Meg Ryan look-alike. Ramza was the only saving
grace of the bunch; much more akin to the earlier heroes and heroines than the
32-bit era ones.

And what I liked about FF X was although you played him and he was a
"Hero" it really wan't his story. It was Yuna's.
Now admitidly all her "Be Strong" comments in battle were a bit
grating and tiring she was a force of determination. Even though she
knew the end reult of her mission was going to be (probably) death she
had accepted it when she put her first foot down on the road.
Most characters in FF games who have to face that final "death" make
the decision much later in the game...here the decision was already
made before Tidus shows up.


I still wish there would have been some "payoff" with the
conversation/flirting in the game however.
I don't know...
a quick reacch-around from Lulu while on the snowmobile maybe :)

The only thing that really got me about Rikku were the outfits.. That
said, once they're off, theres not much to like. ;P
